  1. Make homemade gluten free bread first if desired. You can also use store-bought bread.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  3. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

  4. Place bread on a cutting board and cut into ¾ inch cubes with a knife.

  5. Lay onto the baking sheet or into a large bowl.

  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and spices.

  7. Mix well to combine and evenly coat the bread cubes with oil and seasonings.

  8. Spread evenly on the parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer.

  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes. The edges should start to turn a little golden brown.
