Steakhouse Burgers With Bourbon Caramelized Onions & Steak Sauce
  1. Make the bourbon caramelized onions by sautéing the sliced onions in olive oil and butter over medium heat until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. Add the thyme and bourbon and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on a toasted brioche bun and topping with the bourbon caramelized onions and steak sauce.
