  1. In a small food processor, process all ingredients until they form a coarse dough, about 30 seconds.

  2. Scrape mixture and transfer to a small bowl and refrigerate 2 hours.

  3. Form into 6 balls with the aid of a spoon.

  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days.
