Add honey to your blueberries and simmer in a pan until they form into a jam. Let them cool down before adding in your next ingredients.
In a bowl, add in your blueberries, followed by your greek yogurt, milk and chia seeds. Mix well until combined.
Refrigerate for a couple hours, or for best results, overnight. Store pudding in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
