Chicken Asparagus Recipe
  1. Pat chicken dry and season with ¾ tsp salt and pepper.

  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium. Sear half the chicken until browned, 3–5 mins. Flip and cook 2 mins more. Transfer to plate.

  3. Repeat with remaining chicken using 1 ½ tsp oil.

  4. Add ¼ cup water and ¼ tsp salt to skillet, scrape browned bits. Add asparagus, cover, and cook 1–3 mins.

  5. Add butter, return chicken with juices, stir in garlic and red pepper flakes.

  6. Cook 2–3 mins until chicken is cooked through. Garnish and serve.
