Put everything into a large bowl
Mix for a few seconds to bring together
Pour evenly into two 8 inch lined and greased runs
Place into a preheated oven, 160-170° fan
Both on a middle shelf
Do not open the door early
Let it bake for 20 minutes and check it then
Bake for another couple of minutes at a time if needed
Allow to cool fully before filling it
Fill with freshly whipped double cream and a thin layer of strawberry jam on each side
Add fresh berries if desired
Add a sprinkle of icing sugar to the top if you like
