*** Self Raising Flour Victoria Sponge Cake .Everyone Can Bake This Cake***
  1. Put everything into a large bowl

  2. Mix for a few seconds to bring together

  3. Pour evenly into two 8 inch lined and greased runs

  4. Place into a preheated oven, 160-170° fan

  5. Both on a middle shelf

  6. Do not open the door early

  7. Let it bake for 20 minutes and check it then

  8. Bake for another couple of minutes at a time if needed

  9. Allow to cool fully before filling it

  10. Fill with freshly whipped double cream and a thin layer of strawberry jam on each side

  11. Add fresh berries if desired

  12. Add a sprinkle of icing sugar to the top if you like
