Apple Juice Pie Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the unbaked pie crust into your pie pan and pour in the apple juice.

  3. Add the lemon juice and vanilla extract directly to the juice.

  4. Whisk sugar and flour together, then sprinkle evenly over the juice. Do not stir.

  5. Top with cubed butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

  6. Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes, then reduce to 375°F and bake for 30-35 minutes.

  7. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing.
