Smoked Salt Brussels Sprout Wreath Flatbreads
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.

  2. Place the Brussel sprouts onto a baking tray with parchment paper. Mix all the ingredients together and then place in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Once done set aside to cool.

  3. To make the flat bread, combine the flour, yoghurt, baking powder and salt. Mix well and then get your hands involved to make it into a dough.

  4. Roll out onto a floured surface into a large circle. Place a large pan onto a high heat and place your flatbread into the large pan, heat until some bubbles form on one side and then flip it over and cook for a few minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside. Once collected enough to handle, cut out a hole into the centre of the flatbread to create a wreath shaped flatbread.

  5. To make the yoghurt filling, mix all the ingredients together and then set aside.

  6. To put the wreath together, put the yoghurt filling onto the flatbread and spread out. Followed by the brussel sprouts and top it off with some parsley and freshly ground pepper.
