  1. Prep your vegetables

  2. Cut off nails from chicken feet

  3. Par boil chicken feet for 15 minutes

  4. Discard the water

  5. Boil again and add vegetables and seasoning

  6. Simmer for 2-3 hours until done

  7. Strain and let cool

  8. Package and fridge overnight

  9. Remove top layer of oil the next morning
