Stovetop Lemon Rice
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.

  2. Add rice and saute stirring frequently until rice is transparent.

  3. Add broth, salt, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.

  4. Cover pan, turn heat to the lowest setting, and simmer 25 min. or until rice is tender.
