Boozy Pumpkin Iced Coffee
  1. For the Cinnamon Vanilla Syrup: Add 1 cup water, 1 cup brown sugar, 0.5 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, & 0.25 teaspoon of cinnamon to a saucepan and mix. Bring to a boil and let cool before using.

  2. For the cold foam: Add 3 oz Heavy Cream, 1 oz Baileys, and 0.5 oz Simple Syrup to a jar/glass and use a frother/whisk to mix until the mixture thickens.

  3. Add ice to your glass & then add espresso, bourbon, cinnamon vanilla syrup & coffee liqueur. Stir and add your cold foam. Top with pumpkin pie spice.
