Blend all ingredients for the Wonderful Pistachios Mascarpone Cream in a food processor or a blender until well incorporated. Set aside.
Set pizza to 500 degrees or a convection oven (using a pizza stone) to 500 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough to about 12-14 in circle.
Sprinkle the sugar on top and bake for about 10-12 mins until golden brown and the sugar has caramelized.
Take it out of the oven and rest for 3 mins until the sugar has set.
Slice the dough in the center separating the top from the bottom.
Spread the Nutella at the bottom evenly.
Arrange the strawberries on top of the Nutella and spread the Wonderful Pistachios Mascarpone cream.
Lay the top of the pizza crust on top, slice and devour!
