Traditional Bolognese Sauce
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.

  2. Add finely chopped onion. Saute until vegetables are softened.

  3. Add ground beef, ground lamb, salt, and pepper. Cook until meat is browned.

  4. Add finely chopped celery and carrots. Cook for a few minutes.

  5. Pour in beef stock, tomato puree, milk, and red wine. Stir to combine. Add Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano and Soy Sauce to taste.

  6. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

  7. Serve over pasta and enjoy!
