Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender.

Season steak bites with Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and steakhouse seasoning.
Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat, preferably in cast iron.
Flip after 2 minutes and sear the other side.
Reduce heat and stir in 2 tbsp garlic herb butter, then remove steak.
Sauté asparagus in the same pan until fork tender, about 8 minutes on medium.
Serve steak bites over mashed potatoes, topped with butter and chives, with asparagus and garlic bread.
