Argentinian Chocotorta
  1. In a large bowl, add the dulce de leche, cream cheese and vanilla. Mix until combined.

  2. Leave this in your fridge whiles we prepare everything else.

  3. Mix together the coffee and hot water. Leave this aside.

  4. In a large bowl, add the double cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract.

  5. Whip this just until you get soft peaks. Leave this in your fridge until you're ready to use it.

  6. Dip one of the biscuits into the coffee. We don't want to soak this, just do a quick dip on both sides.

  7. Place this into a 9 inch cake tin or dish. Repeat until you have a layer of dipped biscuits in the tin.

  8. Spread ⅓ of the filling over this. Then add another layer of dipped biscuits on top. Then add more filling, another layer of biscuits, more filling and then biscuits again. In total, you should have 4 layers of biscuits and 3 layers of the filling.

  9. Spread the whipped cream over this, then dust some cocoa power on top.

  10. Leave this in your fridge overnight so the biscuits can soften and the filling can set.

  11. The next day, cut into slices and then enjoy!
