Crispy Korean Rice Paper Dumplings (mandu)
  1. Thinly slice your green onions and zucchini

  2. In a bowl, add your green onions and zucchini, oyster sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, cornstarch, salt, and ground beef. Mash and mix well to make your filling

  3. Lightly wet your rice paper and shake off excess water and lay flat on a table

  4. Place 2-3 tbsps of your filling on the rice paper and roll it into a burrito

  5. On a pan on medium low heat coated with spray oil, place your dumpling and grill on both sides until crispy brown and the meat cooks inside and enjoy!
