3-ingredient Greek Yogurt Cake With Peanut Butter Maple Frosting
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Blend the ingredients and pour the mixture into a well-greased medium ramekin (mine is 13cm x 13cm x 7cm).

  3. Place the ramekin with the batter into a larger pan. Fill the larger pan with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekin.

  4. Carefully place the entire setup in the oven, ensuring no water splashes into the batter.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. For the frosting, mix peanut butter powder with maple syrup, gradually adding water to achieve a frosting consistency. You can substitute water with more maple syrup for a sweeter frosting.
