Grandma's Peanut Squares - a NE Wisconsin tradition
  1. Beat eggs, add sugar and flour.

  2. Let milk and butter heat to just short of boil.

  3. Add to egg mixture.

  4. Add vanilla.

  5. Pour into 9 x 13 pan (spray).

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

  7. When cool, cut in squares and freeze.

  8. Mix everything but peanuts for frosting.

  9. Add hot water to make thin frosting.

  10. Roll frosted cake in peanuts and put on foil.
