Vege French Toast
  1. Coarsely grind together Onion, Green Chili & Cilantro.

  2. In a bowl mix Besan, Salt, Ground Onion Mix & water.

  3. Mix thoroughly to make batter.

  4. Keep aside for 10mins.

  5. Heat 1 Tablespoon Oil on a non stick pan.

  6. Dip Bread slice in Batter & place it on the pan.

  7. Cook till the underside is done.

  8. Flip & cook the other side.

  9. Repeat for all the bread slices.

  10. Serve Hot.
