Homemade Mascarpone
  1. Heat cream to a simmer (approximately 175-180 degrees F)

  2. Stir in lemon juice until thickened

  3. Cool for 30 minutes. Then, strain through cheesecloth and refrigerate overnight

  4. After 24 hours, you will have chill mascarpone! Store in a covered container
