Mix flour, yogurt and seasoning into a dough
Roll flat and dry fry in a pan 2-3 mins each side until golden
Chop potatoes into chips, season and air fry at 190°C for 20 mins (shake halfway)
Coat chicken in yogurt, lemon and spices
Air fry or pan cook until golden and cooked through (around 12-15 mins)
Load up the flatbread with chicken, chips, salad and tzatziki
