Preheat oven to 375°F
In a 9x13 baking dish, add melted butter to bottom of dish.
Spread out shredded chicken in an even layer.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Layer frozen veggies on top of chicken layer
In a mixing bowl, add red lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix, milk, and seasoning packet. Mix well
Add in cheddar cheese to biscuit mix.
Pour mix on top. Do not stir
In same used mixing bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup and chicken broth
Pour mixture on top, do not stir
Bake uncovered for 55 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling
