Homemade Stoli Doli
  1. Add pineapple chunks to a large airtight container or pitcher.

  2. Pour vodka over the pineapple until fully covered.

  3. Seal and refrigerate for 5–7 days.

  4. Strain out the pineapple, or just keep it going for two weeks!

  5. Transfer the infused vodka to bottles or jars and store in the freezer.

  6. To Serve: Pour 2.5–3 oz into a shaker with ice and shake until ice cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
