Curry Fried Rice
  1. Season your chicken with the olive oil and all the seasonings and airfryer for about 15-17mins on 200

  2. In a skillet heat and add 1 tbsp sesame oil and your diced pepper and spring onions. Cook for 1 minute and push to the side of the pan

  3. Add 2 beaten eggs and scramble with the veg until cooked

  4. Add in your chicken (shredded) and your cooked chilled rice

  5. Stir together and scrape any crispy bits off the bottom of the pan before adding in curry powder & soy

  6. Add your sesame oil and frozen peas and heat through

  7. Serve with your favourite curry sauce I love the goldfish brand one for Chinese type dishes (available in @supervalu_irl not an A D)
