Pad Kra Pao (pork & Holy Basil Stir-fry)
  1. Stir-fry the ground pork until cooked through

  2. Add the garlic and Thai chili peppers and stir-fry for 1 minute

  3. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar and stir to combine

  4. Add the holy basil leaves and stir-fry for 1 more minute until the basil is wilted

  5. Serve over rice
