For the SweeTango Apple Cordial: Cut and weigh your apples, then add them to a tall container or blender jar with half their weight in water. Blend on high until smooth and fully broken down. Fine strain through a nut milk bag & get all that juice out! Weigh your juice and add the appropriate amounts of sugar and acids. Stir to dissolve and keep refrigerated for up to a week (or more).
For the Sour Cream Whip: In a bowl, whisk sour cream and powdered sugar until lightly whipped and combined. Add in heavy cream and vanilla extract and beat with a whisk until stiff peaks form. Optional: refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow the whip to stiffen and set slightly.
