Chicken Alfredo

    ¼ Cup Fresh Parsley

  1. Heat oil in large pot or Dutch oven. Add half of the garlic and sauté 2-3 mins until fragrant.

  2. Add chicken. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook 6-8 mins per side (until cooked through). Remove, slice, and set aside.

  3. In the same pot, add chicken stock, cream + water mixture, remaining garlic, and pasta. Cook according to pasta package directions.

  4. Stir in parmesan and parsley, then fold sliced chicken back in. Mix until creamy.

  5. Serve warm, topped with extra parmesan and red pepper flakes (if desired).
