Keto Cream Cheese Green Beans
  1. Steam the green beans until a crisp tender, and place into a well greased 9x13 baking dish.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  3. Add the butter to a saucepan over medium heat.

  4. Stir in the mushrooms, and saute until becoming tender.

  5. Mix in the garlic, and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese has melted.

  6. Pour in the heavy whipping cream, and simmer until the sauce thickens.

  7. Add salt and pepper to taste, as well as the bacon.

  8. Pour the sauce over the green beans, and stir to combine.

  9. In a bowl, mix together the pork rind crumbs and the parmesan cheese.

  10. Sprinkle the mixture over the green beans.

  11. Bake for 20 minutes.

  12. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
