Combine 1 pound diced chicken with cornstarch in a bowl
Add 1 egg and soy sauce to the chicken mixture
Add dehydrated minced ginger and minced garlic to the chicken
Stir the chicken mixture and let it sit
In a separate bowl, combine pineapple juice, ¼ cup soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, garlic, mirin, white pepper, and MSG
Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar and cornstarch to the sauce mixture
Heat avocado oil in a pot until hot
Add chicken to the hot oil and spread into an even layer
Cook chicken for about 4 minutes on one side until crispy
Flip chicken and cook the other side
Once chicken is mostly cooked, add diced water chestnuts, broccoli florets, and pineapple chunks
Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables
Stir everything together
Reduce heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for a couple of minutes until broccoli is tender
Serve and enjoy
