Pineapple Chicken
  1. Combine 1 pound diced chicken with cornstarch in a bowl

  2. Add 1 egg and soy sauce to the chicken mixture

  3. Add dehydrated minced ginger and minced garlic to the chicken

  4. Stir the chicken mixture and let it sit

  5. In a separate bowl, combine pineapple juice, ¼ cup soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, garlic, mirin, white pepper, and MSG

  6. Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar and cornstarch to the sauce mixture

  7. Heat avocado oil in a pot until hot

  8. Add chicken to the hot oil and spread into an even layer

  9. Cook chicken for about 4 minutes on one side until crispy

  10. Flip chicken and cook the other side

  11. Once chicken is mostly cooked, add diced water chestnuts, broccoli florets, and pineapple chunks

  12. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables

  13. Stir everything together

  14. Reduce heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for a couple of minutes until broccoli is tender

  15. Serve and enjoy
