  5. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour 🕒.

  7. Take out the chilled dough and roll it into 1-inch balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches between each ball 📏.
