Score bone-in chicken thighs on the skin side to allow the seasonings to seep in
Mix vinegar, olive oil, basque chili powder, oregano, caper brine, sliced red onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and prunes directly in the final baking dish
Place chicken thighs skin side down in the marinade
Marinate for 24 hours
Flip the chicken thighs
Drizzle with honey and olives
Bake in the oven at 365°F until beautifully cooked, basting regularly
