4 Ingredient Banza Pasta With Hidden Veggie Sauce
  1. Start by putting your pasta water on to boil

  2. Roughly chop your zucchini and sauté it in oil of choice until soft (approx 5-8 minutes)

  3. Season the zucchini with salt and pepper

  4. In a blender, combine the marinara sauce, cottage cheese, and sautéed zucchini and blend on high (if your blender won't hold it all, just do half the marinara sauce and you can add the rest of the sauce in at the end)

  5. Once water is boiling, cook your Banza pasta according to directions, then drain and return to pot

  6. Pour your sauce over the pasta, heating through for approximately 1 minute, then top with some parmesan and serve!
