  1. Mince the garlic and slice the jalapeños to your desired thickness, set aside

  2. Using a toothpick, devein the shrimp as shown in video. Trim the pointy part of the head, part of the head and the legs to discard

  3. Rinse well and pat dry

  4. Add Shrimp to a large bowl

  5. Add garlic powder, paprika, sea salt, and cornstarch to coat the shrimp

  6. Mix together the shrimp seasonings listed above and set aside

  7. On medium high heat, add oil to a pan or wok

  8. Once oil is hot, in small batches add in the shrimp

  9. Fry each side for 1-2 minutes

  10. Remove and set aside

  11. Discard the frying oil

  12. In the same pan or wok on medium high heat, drizzle in neutral oil

  13. Add jalapenos and garlic

  14. Saute for 1-2 minutes

  15. Add in the fried shrimp and sprinkle in the shrimp seasonings

  16. Stir or toss well to evenly distribute the seasonings

  17. Turn off heat

  18. Enjoy with rice
