Grease a 9 by 12 baking dish
Add a block of feta, cherry tomatoes, and spinach to the dish
Drizzle with olive oil
Add minced garlic and 1 pound of pre-shredded rotisserie chicken
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
Add 2 cups of dry orzo and 3.5 cups of low sodium chicken broth
Mix well to ensure the orzo is completely covered by the liquid
Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes
At the 20 minute mark, remove from oven and stir
Fold in 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese when done
