Cranberry Orange Vinegar
  1. In a large saucepan, heat vinegar to just below the boiling point.

  2. In a large bowl, lightly mash the cranberries and oranges; add heated vinegar.

  3. Cover and let stand in a cool, dark place for 10 days.

  4. Strain mixture through a cheesecloth and discard pulp.

  5. Pour into sterilized jars or decorative bottles.

  6. Seal tightly.

  7. Store in a cool, dark place.
