Savoury Rice Paper Croissant
  1. Whisk up your rice paper dipping mixture (eggs, milk, and baking powder) and set aside while you make your filling

  2. Fry your onion and garlic until tranlucent (on ghee, tallow, or oil) and then add in your chopped spinach

  3. Cook until spinach is slightly wilted and add plenty of salt

  4. Dip your rice paper in the egg mixture and then layer 2 rice papers on top of one another

  5. Cut in three parts (as shown in the video) and then assort the rice paper as per video instructions

  6. Add a tbsp of your spinach filling to the bottom of your rice paper and then roll it up

  7. Add all of the croissants to an oven tray and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C fan forced (I did not preheat mine)

  8. Take out of the oven and enjoy while warm!!
