Microwave milk for 1 ½ Minutes
Add warm milk, yeast and sugar into a bowl and mix
Leave for 15 minutes to bloom
Into the bloomed mixture add flour & mix
Tip your mixture onto a well floured bench and knead until smooth. If dough is too sticky you can add flour 1 tbsp at a time.
Cover & leave your mixture in a lightly oiled bowl for an hour to rise
Tip your dough onto a floured bench and knead for 30 seconds more
Sprinkle flour over dough and roll out to your desired thicccness (pause)
Cut into approx 8 equal pieces
Heat oil (vegetable/canola/peanut oil) in a large pot (use wooden stick or spoon to see if its ready)
Fry until golden brown (approx 2mins each side)
