Fry Bread
  1. Microwave milk for 1 ½ Minutes

  2. Add warm milk, yeast and sugar into a bowl and mix

  3. Leave for 15 minutes to bloom

  4. Into the bloomed mixture add flour & mix

  5. Tip your mixture onto a well floured bench and knead until smooth. If dough is too sticky you can add flour 1 tbsp at a time.

  6. Cover & leave your mixture in a lightly oiled bowl for an hour to rise

  7. Tip your dough onto a floured bench and knead for 30 seconds more

  8. Sprinkle flour over dough and roll out to your desired thicccness (pause)

  9. Cut into approx 8 equal pieces

  10. Heat oil (vegetable/canola/peanut oil) in a large pot (use wooden stick or spoon to see if its ready)

  11. Fry until golden brown (approx 2mins each side)
