Using a sharp knife, score the outside of the ham in a diamond pattern, cutting about ¼-inch deep.
In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, and cloves until smooth.
Place the scored ham into the bottom of your slow cooker.
Pour the glaze evenly all over the top, making sure it gets into the scored crevices.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours (or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours), basting the ham with the juices from the bottom of the pot halfway through.
Carefully remove the tender ham using tongs, slice into those juicy scored sections, and drizzle generously with the remaining glaze from the pot.
