Put the yeast in the warm milk and water and let it rest on the counter for a few minutes
mix flour, sugar, & salt
Take the 3 blocks of butter, between 2 sheets parchment, roll out to a flat rectangle.
Put dough & butter in the fridge for an hour
Roll out the dough into a square
Place the butter block in the middle of the dough
Fold the dough over the butter block
Roll out the dough again and fold it into a square
Cut out little triangles from the dough
