Homemade Croissants
  1. Put the yeast in the warm milk and water and let it rest on the counter for a few minutes

  2. mix flour, sugar, & salt

  3. Take the 3 blocks of butter, between 2 sheets parchment, roll out to a flat rectangle.

  4. Put dough & butter in the fridge for an hour

  5. Roll out the dough into a square

  6. Place the butter block in the middle of the dough

  7. Fold the dough over the butter block

  8. Roll out the dough again and fold it into a square

  9. Cut out little triangles from the dough
