  1. Clean the dry chiles.

  2. Roast all chiles in a dry skillet or comal.

  3. Soak the dried chiles in boiling water until they soften and become fleshy.

  4. Clean the habanero chile.

  5. Blend the chiles, tomato, garlic, and vinegar.

  6. Add salt to taste.

*Ideal with eggs, shrimp, and tacos.
