In a bowl add lukewarm water and oil. Add all dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough is formed. Cover and let it rest for 20 mins.
After, stretch one side of dough up & fold over, repeat from all sides. Do this 3 times at 20-min intervals. After let it rest for 1 hour.
Meanwhile make garlic butter by melting butter in a pan, add oil chopped garlic and mix u til fragrant dont beown it. Mix in parsley or cilantro.
After one hour. Transfer to a lined and greased 9x13"tray. Now add garlic butter & shredded mozzarella on top. Fold edges in, flip dough over, rest for another 1 hr.
Bake at 220°C for 13 mins.
Top with more mozzarella, bake 8–10 mins until golden.
Brush with leftover garlic butter.
