Chia Wrap
  1. Add chia seeds, salt and water to a glass. Mix really well until everything combines.

  2. Store it in the fridge for at least 2 hours (you can keep it as long as 24 hours) until a gel-like texture is formed.

  3. Heat a pan, add olive oil, then pour the chia mixture and spread it evenly with a spatula.

  4. Let that cook for around 10-15 mins until water evaporates.

  5. Flip it, let it cook on the other side for a couple of minutes before adding in your toppings of choice and enjoy!
