No Butter Homemade Pancakes
  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Make a well in the center.

  2. In another bowl mix together milk, egg, oil and vanilla until combined.

  3. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture well. Mix until completely combined.

  4. Spray a griddle or pan with nonstick spray. Heat over medium high heat.

  5. Pour ⅓ cup of batter for each pancake on hot griddle. Brown both sides.

  6. Serve hot with maple syrup on top.
