Stir yeast into warm water (115-120 degrees)
Stir in sugar and let sit for 15 minutes until bubbly and frothy
Add yeast mixture to flour and salt and stir until sticky ball forms
Cover with dish towel and place in off oven for 90 minutes
Preheat oven to 450 degrees about 20 minutes before dough is ready
Flour work surface and gently scoop out dough
Gently stretch and twist the loaf to form baguette shape
Place on baguette tin, tucking ends in
Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes
Let cool on cooling rack before serving
