  1. For the choco cake:

  2. Combine the flour, black cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Add the butter, egg, vanilla extract, and milk, and mix until well combined.

  4. For the flan:

  5. Combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and sugar.

  6. Pour the cake and flan mixtures into 16oz jars, filling each with 60 grams of cake and 60 grams of flan.

  7. Sous vide the jars at 180°F for 1.5 hours.
