Quick "no-knead" Bread
  1. Mix all ingredients until no dry spots remain.

  2. Cover with a wet towel, let rise for 1-2 hours (depending on the temperature in the room).

  3. Preheat oven to 450°F with Dutch oven inside.

  4. Turn dough onto floured surface, shape gently by tucking sides in.

  5. Place seam-side down on parchment.

  6. Transfer parchment with the dough to hot Dutch oven. Lid on → 30 min.

  7. Lid off → 10 min more, until golden.

  8. Let it cool on the cooling rack.
