Preheat oven to 400F
Drain and rinse can of chickpeas
Dry completely (it's okay if some of the skin comes off, keep them because they roast up nicely)
Spray with avocado oil
Season well with your choice of seasoning (ranch, taco seasoning, masala, curry, etc)
Place on baking sheet evenly spread
Bake for 30 minutes, shaking halfway through
