Pickle Crispy Crackers
  1. Mix together the flaxseeds and chickpea flour along with the salt, garlic powder, nutritional yeast and pickle juice/water to form a paste.

  2. Mix in the chopped pickles.

  3. Spread the mixture onto baking paper on a baking tray.

  4. Carefully smooth out the cracker mixture (A spatula dipped in water helps with this)

  5. Score into cracker shapes.

  6. Bake at 180c/356F for 45-50 mins or until crunchy and crispy (you can remove the crackers from the parchment paper and flip them to finish the base of the crackers if you need to)

  7. Break up and eat!
