In a large mixing bowl, blend the cottage cheese and eggs together until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and everything bagel seasoning. Stir until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese, then transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the loaf to cool before slicing.
