  1. Add lean ground beef to a pan with cooking spray and let it get a crispy sear

  2. Break up the beef and add diced onion, seasonings, and mix well

  3. Add beef stock, light cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, and diced pickles, then mix until creamy

  4. On a warm tortilla, add the cheeseburger beef mixture and low-fat cheese (~20g)

  5. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly, repeat to make nine rolls

  6. Spray the rolls with cooking spray and sprinkle with parsley

  7. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes

  8. Store wrapped in the freezer and reheat when ready to serve
