On a warm tortilla, add the cheeseburger beef mixture and low-fat cheese (~20g)
Fold in the sides and roll up tightly, repeat to make nine rolls
Spray the rolls with cooking spray and sprinkle with parsley
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes
Store wrapped in the freezer and reheat when ready to serve
